The Americans at Ford pulled the wraps off a new concept designed to preview an upcoming production model. The Ford Edge concept stands out thanks to a series of features, one of them being the assisted parking.
The prototype is equipped with ultrasonic sensors and provide a fully-assisted parking with pushing a single button. At the exterior, it sports a special Copper Flame finish, new alloy wheels and LED lights for the front and rear optical blocks.
Inside, the concept benefits from a 10-inch touchscreen display, a special steering wheel, an instrument panel wrapped in leather and the MyFord Touch system.
Under the hood, we could find an EcoBoost engine but we got no specific details in this regard. Adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping and blind spot information systems are also offered on this concept.
More details about the future of this prototype will be released in the coming months.
