The long awaited 2016 Acura ILX has finally arrived at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, the model coming with an exquisite body style, interesting features inside as well as an upgraded powertrain under the hood.
First off, the 2016 Acura ILX is visibly changed in terms of body style, the model coming with sportier front and rear bumpers, refreshed front grille, the Jewel Eye LED headlights, new alloy wheels, the A-Spec variant with revised side skirts, fog lights and a few more.
Moving inside the 2016 Acura ILX, the cabin abounds with new and high-class materials, contrast stitching and silver trim, while the gadgets have now been updated.
In terms of safety features, the 2016 Acura ILX has received improved systems, like the Adaptive Cruise Control, Road Departure Mitigation, Collision Mitigation Braking, or the Lane Keeping Assist.
Under the hood, the updated Acura ILX is also fresh, as a new 2.4-liter unit has been fitted, developing a good 201 horsepower and 243 Nm of torque, when hooked to an 8-speed dual clutch transmission.
